Owner David Hugo and Chef Josh Krechel are fully supportive of sustainable agriculture and local producers. The Starry Night Cafe is part of the Vermont Fresh Network, a State organziation created to stregthen Vermont's agriculture by forging strong links between the producers, chefs and consumers.
